Dr. Benjamin Ritter is the founder of Live for Yourself Consulting and the author of the award-winning, Amazon best-selling book Becoming Fearless: 65 Strategies to Journey from Self-Doubt to Self-Mastery. He is an internationally certified PCC executive leadership and career coach, senior talent management consultant, and speaker focused on leadership, identity, and high-stakes career decisions.

Ben works with CEOs, founders, and next-generation leaders navigating significant responsibility, including leadership transitions, organizational growth, and complex career decisions. His coaching provides a confidential space for leaders to think clearly, strengthen their judgment, and lead with greater confidence under pressure.

Prior to launching his consulting practice, Ben held leadership roles in healthcare operations and talent development. Despite professional success, he experienced firsthand how easily high-achieving leaders can become disconnected from meaningful work and aligned leadership. That experience led him to pivot into leadership development and dedicate his career to helping leaders build careers and leadership styles that are truly their own.

Through Live for Yourself Consulting, Ben has coached more than 500 leaders across industries including technology, healthcare, finance, government, life sciences, and private equity.
